2025 AKC Advanced Judges/Handler seminar hosted by Yankee Waterfowlers Hunting Retriever Club.
The Seminar will be led by AKC Field Representative Trish Jagoda, Friday and Saturday May 9-10, 2025 we will start promptly at 8 am both days. Friday you should plan on arriving at 7:45 am.
The classroom portion will be held Friday from 8am – 2pm-ish at Auerfarm. After the completion of classroom portion is complete the seminar will move to Nod Brook Wildlife Management Area - to complete the field work portion of the seminar.
Coffee and breakfast desserts will be provided Friday morning and followed by make your own deli sandwiches and a cookout style lunch Saturday mid-day. (If you have dietary restrictions please bring your own lunch.)
Bring pens/pencils and a note pad bring a chair for the field portion. AKC will provide your workbook and handouts.
Plan to have on hand appropriate clothing and footwear for the field work. Check the weather and prepare accordingly.
We love all dogs but we ask that all attendees leave their dogs at home.
